Licensor, Heritage Resources, LLC (Licensor) grants (licensee) a one-time revocable license to use the following photographs, images or work:

Grant of Rights: Permission is valid only for the declared use. Any other use or reuse requires a new license/permission. Licensee may not transfer this license.

Credit: For all uses, ”© Heritage Resources, LLC” must appear on the same page or product as the photograph(s), except for covers and textbooks, where credit shall be given conspicuously on a separate page. If licensed for web use, credit must link to http://www.heritageresourcephoto.com. Licensee agrees that the fee for this license is tripled for improper or missing credit.

Copies: For uses in printed form, Licensee shall provide Licensor with two copies of the final use within 10 calendar days of such use.

Releases: The photographer and/or Heritage Resources, LLC do not have or provide model, property, or other releases with this license. In the case Licensee uses the photograph(s) in any way that would require a release, licensee agrees to save harmless and indemnify Heritage Resources, LLC and the Paul Durham against all liabilities and expenses arising from that use.

Refunds and modifications: Cancellations and refunds are subject to a fee of at least US $75 and return of all products and materials to Licensor at the Licensee’s expense. This license may be amended and refunds may be issued only up to 45 days from the date on the invoice.

Failure to follow the above conditions will result in revocation of this license.
